Photo & file recovery service
We’ll come to you and collect your old computers, laptops, hard drives, USB sticks etc. Broken computers and laptops are fine as long as the hard drive is working. We’ll return a few days later with a single device containing all your media.
Note: Minimum booking of $65 applies.

We’ll also need an external hard drive to put your files on. You can either supply your own external HDD or we can provide one for you.

Data recovery service
Do you have a hard drive that no longer works but has files you need? Perhaps you have a memory card that had thousands of photos that disappeared due to corruption? We can recover your files for you.
We can typically recover 95% of all missing files from a corrupt (or formatted) device. The sooner you get the device to us, the greater chance we have of recovering your files.

HDD not detected
We can still recover your files even if your HDD can’t be detected by Windows.
Photos missing from memory card
Sometimes all your photos might disappear from your memory card. We can recover those photos for you.
